Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items

Custom, made-to-measure, and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale, except where covered by our warranty.

How to return

1. Email Contact@oldensouk.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back securely packed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll cover the cost of replacing it.
