Shipping Policy

Order processing

Every OLDENSOUK order is prepared by hand. In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order and custom pieces follow the lead time given on your quote or product page.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders may take longer if held by customs, which is outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs & duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays

If your order will be significantly delayed, we'll contact you by email or phone right away.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged, email photos to Contact@oldensouk.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
