2. Products — Our pieces are handcrafted from solid brass; slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural. Unlacquered brass develops a patina over time by design.

3. Pricing — Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may correct it or cancel the affected order with a full refund.

4. Orders — We may decline or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, errors, or unavailability) and will refund any payment in full.

5. Custom orders — Custom pieces are made to the specifications you approve. Please check dimensions carefully before confirming.

6. Payment — You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping, Returns & Warranty — Governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and 10-Year Warranty, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property — All site content, images, logos, and designs belong to OLDENSOUK and may not be used without written permission.

9. Acceptable use — Don't misuse, disrupt, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLDENSOUK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
