Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a complete system with valves?
This is a Trim Kit. It includes all the external brass components shown (Gooseneck Arm, Head, Handheld, Tub Spout, 3 Handles). You will need to install standard rough-in valves behind the wall—typically 2 valves for hot/cold mixing and 1 diverter, matching the 3-handle layout.
Can I customize the shower head size?
Yes. As noted by our customers (see David H.'s review), we can customize the shower head size for a small fee if you need something larger than the standard size. Please contact us before ordering.
What is the reach of the tub spout?
The tub spout has a generous reach of 8.38 inches, making it suitable for most built-in and freestanding bathtubs. It is crafted from solid brass to match the rest of the system perfectly.
How high is the gooseneck arch?
The gooseneck arm rises approximately 6 inches above the water outlet before curving down. This extra height is perfect for taller users or for creating a more spacious, luxurious showering experience.
How fast is shipping?
We ship via express courier with secure packaging. As Kerri and Gilda mentioned in their reviews, shipping is fast, punctual, and precise.
